Summer Trip - Day 25 - Ugine

We packed up and checked out, paying the bill of 48 euros for 2 nights. We drove down the west side of the lake to a car park just outside Sevrier, took the bikes off the campervan and started cycling north up the cycle path.

It was much sunnier today, though quite breezy. We stopped at a "beach" for a rest and a sunbathe.

We then carried on cycling all the way up to Annecy itself, where we bought an ice cream.

We then cycled back, stopping at the Carrefour supermarket on the way for some provisions. Later we drove south to an Aire in the town of Ugine. This was good, just next to the tourist office, opposite a supermarket, and free.

We went for a walk in the town and had a drink in a bar in the square.

Later dinner was sweet potato and chickpea curry with wraps.
