Summer Trip - Day 16 - Les Bossons

We left Sommand and drove to Les Houches to check out the car park there, as we intended to leave the campervan while we did the Tour of Mont Blanc. It looked like it would be OK there.

Then we found the Grand Champ camp site at Les Bossons and checked in for one night, 16.40 euros. Great views of glaciers from the site.

We walked in to Chamonix and had a wander round, getting some cash from the ATM for our TMB walk. There were great views up to the Aiguille du Midi cable car.

We sat for a while watching the paragliders land.

We caught the free bus back down the valley to the site. We then started to pack our stuff for the big walk tomorrow. Dinner was pasta and vegetables.
