We did a load of washing today. We hung it out on a washing line in the middle of the site (after asking) but it turned out to belong to the restaurant who wanted to hang out their dishtowels!
After this we went for a walk straight from the site, first going through the streets to eventually join a path which went round a large valley. First past some interesting buildings, then further into the countryside with lots of plantations and smallholdings.
The path we were on had loads of fallen tress on it from the recent storms, though there was always a way round them.
We got to the head of the valley then started to come down the other side. There was a waterway that we had to cross, and an old watermill.
The walk was about 19 km in all.
We were pretty tired when we got back to the site. Later for dinner we had tuna pasta.
