We drove to Jesús Pobre village just outside town, and parked in a car park. Our walk took us through woods and along country lanes, past lots of vine plantations.
From here we had a great view of the Montgó Massif where we'd been yesterday.
The path then got a bit difficult to follow, being quite faint and through pretty scratchy bushes. Some recently landslips had diverted it in places.
Eventually the route defeated us, as it was blocked by trees down in recent storms, with no easy way to avoid them.
We looped back on the road past some posh villas, to avoid returning on the worst bit of the path. We came round behind a hill with some old windmills on it.
Back in Jesús Pobre there was a covered market place.
We drove back to the campsite via the supermarket.
We went to the bar later, and discovered we'd missed free sangria and paella at lunchtime today. A few of the Brits we encountered seemed to have indulged in a bit too much sangria! The singer was on again there too.
For dinner we had burgers on rolls with coleslaw, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
