Andalucia - Day 13 - Punta Paloma and Tarifa

We drove to Punta Paloma beach, which is south towards Tarifa, and did a circular walk. First uphill, where some of the path was pretty muddy.

We got up to a viewpoint where we had great views of the coast.

Then we walked downhill through the trees on a sandy path.

We got to the beach, by this time it was very hot and sunny. We had our lunch then walked along the beach back to the car.

We then drove on to the town of Tarifa to have a look round. The coast of Africa was clearly visible from here.

We walked out to the furthest point of the pier and watched the ferry from Morocco come in.

We walked round the streets a bit but it was very quiet as it was siesta time.

We drove home, cleaned up a bit then went out for a drink at a couple of bars in the village. We went home for dinner, having tuna and tomato pasta.
