Andalucia - Day 11 - Jerez De La Frontera

There was heavy rain during the night, and it was still raining in the morning, so we had a slow start. We decided to drive to Jerez De La Frontera and visit a sherry bodega.

We went to Gonzalez Byass, makers of Tio Pepe, Croft Original and others, and got a guided tour. We saw loads of casks of sherry and brandy, and learned how it's made.

We had a tasting of fino and Croft, and bought a bottle of Pedro Ximinez Nectar.

We then walked round the streets of Jerez for a bit, and visited the Flamenco Centre.

We also came across a bar where a real Flamenco performance was going on.

On the way home we shopped for some provisions. For dinner we had roasted vegetables.
