We left the site in the morning, though we planned to stay in the area on a free aire we'd spotted a few days ago.
We went back to the hermitage at Montgó again, though this time parked a bit nearer the hill path. We planned to climb to the top of the mountain.
The first bit up the zigzags was the same as before.
It then got much steeper as we headed up the rocky bit.
Once on the plateau at the top it was slightly easier.
It actually has 2 summits, we went to the slightly nearer one with the cross on it, with great views of the coast.
There were some nice daffodil-like flowers at the high bits.
We went down by a longer but easier route, as we didn't fancy going back the way we'd climbed up.
We got down about 4.30pm, and drove to the free aire in town that was only about a mile from the campsite we'd stayed at.
Later we had pizza for dinner.
