We left Londonderry and drove west over the border into the Irish Republic to a car park near Inch Island, a bird reserve. We did a circular walk over a causeway to the island, along the island a bit, then back round the mainland.
We drove on to Donegal and parked at the harbour, where they don't mind campervans staying overnight. We went for a short walk.
There's a ruined abbey and graveyard just next to the harbour.
We chilled for a bit back at the van, then made sausage-stuffed pasta with arrabiata sauce for dinner.
Leaving Oscar in the van and went for a couple of drinks at McCafferty's Bar. They had live music on, but no seats spare in that room. It was huge though, we got a seat somewhere else.
