We did a circular walk from the site today, first into town then up through the woods, then back down to some waterfalls.
We cam across more cabinets selling beer and schnapps with honesty boxes. We had to have another taste!
We crossed a very craggy outcrop that was pretty precarious to walk over. The walk guide called it a "via ferrata" but it wasn't really, there were no ladders or cables. We made it over, though.
On the way back to town we came across a wild plantation of blueberries. We had a good feed and also took home home in a bag.
We had a drink in Ottenhöffen on the way back. Later we had a barbecue, sausage, burgers, mushrooms an red pepper.
