We walked into town then went on a circular walk past vineyards and up through the forest.
We saw red kites and some deer.
We also came across a trough filled from a spring that had beer, schnapps and "likor" for sale. We had a taste of blackberry and quince likor, it was pretty strong.
We also met an Irish family, one of whom used to live in Falkirk and went to school there! We found a little chapel on the way down, and a paddling pool for Oscar to swim in.
Back at the site Scott went for a swim in the adjacent open-air swimming pool. We paid for another night, then had camembert and gorgonzola cheese salad for dinner.
