We got up, showered, left the site, and drove out to Neist Point. We
walked to the Neist Point lighthouse. It was windy but dry.
Then we drove north to
Claigan and walked to the unusual Coral Beaches. They're a pale yellow colour because they consist of shells
and calcified seaweed.
We then drove back to Dunvegan and had a walk
around and bought petrol. It was starting to get wet and stormy, so we
drove further south and found a sheltered wild camping spot on the road to
Talisker beach in an old quarry.
For dinner we had warm tuna, green bean and spinach salad with
pesto.
