North East Scotland day 4

It turned out we'd camped in quite a busy car park, lots of people arriving to walk dogs late at night and early morning. We left after breakfast at about 9.30, and drove along the coast via Rosehearty and Pitullie to Fraserburgh where we parked on the esplanade. We took Amber for a walk to the harbour and town, it was fairly chilly and windy.

We then drove on Rattray Head, which was a long way along a track, and parked beside some former lighthouse workers' houses. We left Amber and went for a walk through the sand dunes to the beach, where we saw the lighthouse and some seals in the sea. It was very windy.

We then drove on past Peterhead to the "Bullers of Buchan", a rocky blow-hole in the cliffs.

We went to Asda for supplies, then checked in at the Peterhead Lido camp site.

We walk into the harbour and town, and had a pint in the Cross Keys Wetherspoons. Back to the campervan for dinner, lamb spiced rice. Later we watched TV.
