We left at about 10.30 for our trip to the north east of Scotland. The weather was dry but a bit cloudy. We stopped at Tesco at South Queensferry for supplies.
Later we stopped at Stonehaven for lunch at the harbour, then we had a walk along the seafront. There was a heated open-air swimming pool there. Had a lovely ice cream.
We then continued to Portsoy, arrived at the campsite about 5.30. It was raining heavily by now.
After checking in we made dinner - chilli and rice. By then the rain had stopped, so we walked to the harbour and had a pint in Shore Inn
