We walked into Tenby, which was a couple of miles up the coast. Just offshore is St Catherines Island, which is accessible when the tide is out.
We had a wander round the town, with its old town walls, castle and streets, and to the harbour and lifeboat station.
We had our lunch in Cafe 25, baked potato and nachos. By then the tide was out and we visited the island, which has an old fort on it. We watched the informative presentation and slideshow.
We went to the Tenby Harbour Brewery Tap for a look round the brewery and to have a pint.
After walking back to the site we had prawn curry for dinner.
