Algarve - Day 5

We went for a run this morning, down to the marina and back, then bought pastries from our local baker for breakfast.

We drove to the village of Alta Mora for a walk, route 47 in the book. It was a 12km circular walk through almond groves.

Although the forecast had been cloudy, it was actually quite sunny most of the day. There was a river we had to cross on stepping stones.

Later we drove on to Odeleite to see the reservoir there, and also see across to Spain over the Rio Guadiana which forms the border here.

We drove home, and later had omelette for dinner.
