We packed up and left the site in the morning. We stopped at Sannox for a walk on the beach, but the tide was in so there wasn't much room for Oscar to run about. He swam across the river there and almost got away!
We stopped at Corrie for coffee and a cookie at the Mara Fish Bar.
We then made our way back to Brodick and joined the queue at the ferry terminal. This time we left Oscar in the van, and he was fine for the 1 hour trip.
From Ardrossan we drove straight home.
