Homeless Trip - Day 30

It was extremely windy today, Storm Hector arrived during the night. In the morning we watched the site staff go around and secure the many awnings that were flapping about.

We left about 11 and drove to Aldi in Galashiels for provisions. We then went for a stroll in Scott Park, where some tree branches were down from the wind.

We then drove on to Peebles, where we checked in to the Crossburn campsite, quite expensive at £28.

We went for a walk into town, first along the high street then into the Cross Keys, a Wetherspoons pub. We decided to have dinner there, both having the mixed grill. A small celebration as this is the last night in the campervan on this trip.
