Fife - Day 1

We left the house just after 12 and headed north into Fife. We drove to the car park at Tentsmuir Forest and parked in the pay car park there.

We walked to the beach then north up the coast. It was fairly sunny and warm but very windy.

We saw a large group of seals on the beach. There were adults and babies. We sat and watched them for a while.

There was an old ice house at the edge of the forest.

Further up the coast there were a lot of World War 2 artifacts, like these tank traps.

After the walk we left the car park and drove to a wild camping spot by the River Eden, just outside Dairslie. We had lentil chilli for dinner.
