In the morning we paid for our spot at the machine, 7 Euros by credit
card, and went for a walk in the town.
It has a star shaped fort, which we had a look at and walked round the ramparts.
We sat
at the Aire for a bit as it had free Wi-Fi, then we headed south.
We
stopped at a Carrefour supermarket for provisions then eventually
arrived at the camp site at Guignicourt about 4.30 and booked in for 2
nights.
We went for a stroll around the village and had a drink at its
one bar. For dinner we had grilled chicken, potatoes and fried
vegetables.
There was a fete in the village so we went for a look but it
looked like just a barbecue for the locals at the bar, we couldn't see any
 music.
